You Can Fly! |
|
Are
you ready? Personal flight is now safe, affordable,
easy….and fun!
Just
imagine. In a few short weeks you could be in the air, flying your
own foot launched aircraft, at only a fraction of the cost it takes
to fly other forms of aviation. Powered paragliding is the
safest, cheapest, and least complicated way for you to experience
the thrill of flight. People from all walks of life and all
age groups are experiencing this unbelievable sport. And now
is the best time to get into powered paragliding because of the
incredible advances in equipment over the last few years.
Andy McAvin, owner and operator of TX FLYSPORTS, has flown for close to two thousand hours in the past 10 years and trained over 200 students from all over the world. He is one of the most experienced instructors in the sport. Combining the latest and most effective teaching methods such as tandem instruction, and simulator work Andy will get you in the air safely and enjoyably. How long will it take? That depends on a list of variables including weather, students availability, student's fitness level and their ability to learn. In other words, as long as it takes. Sometimes 4 or 5 sessions, and sometimes 4 or 5 weeks. Beware of out-of-town instructors or schools that claim they can 'train' you in one weekend. They may be able to get you in the air but that does not mean that you will be able to fly safely and confidently on your own once they leave.
Paragliding is not a sport for the super
athlete or the brainless adolescent. Paragliding has people as young
and 9 and as old as 90! The modern sport of paragliding offers the
easiest, safest access to personal, flight available . .

TX FLYSPORTS and HE Paramotores are now offering the clutch driven belt drive R120. This is a super quiet, powerful motor that is a miser when it comes to gas consumption. The R120 is perfect for pilots up to 220 lbs. It is being offered in the US on the I Flyer frame. A super lightweight, strong frame held together totally with steel rivets (no welds) just like all aircraft. Aside from making it incredibly strong, it also makes it very easy to break down for shipping. And unlike paramotors that are welded, I Flyer cage and frame parts are inexpensive to replace when damaged.
TX FLYSPORTS now offers the HAMMER (210 CC) on a super strong, steel frame which can be flown with a weight shift kit. The HAMMER is available with pull start or electric start and is perfect for trikes or quads.
The latest glider from Mac Para Technology is the aptly named VELVET, a semi reflex paramotoring wing with superb handling, incredible efficiency, and rock solid safety. This wonderful new addition to Mac Para's quiver of world-class gliders is targeted towards experienced paramotor pilots who are looking for a super smooth handling glider that can handle rough air with ease. And of course, in the Mac Para tradition it is silly-easy to launch. The airfoil design for the VELVET is borrowed from one of Mac's other wings, the ENVY. What a sweet glider the Envy is! It is rated a dhv 2, but came very close to qualifying 1/2 category. As one pilot exclaimed after test flying the ENVY, "The ENVY is like an EDEN 3 on steroids! It does everything the EDEN 3 does and a lot more." So, if you love the legendary EDEN 3 you will go wild on the ENVY! Especially if you like to thermal and free fly.

The Eden 3 is here!
It is hard to imagine that Mac Para could improve the Eden 2,
but they did, with lighter brake pressure, more agility, greater
speed, and an exciting new look. The Eden 3 is rated
dhv1/2,and is one of the finest gliders in any class. A
perfect choice for pilots wanting to transition into thermal and
non powered flight |

TX
FLYSPORTS is the US importer of the Muse from Mac Para
Technology. The Muse is one of the safest and easiest to launch
gliders made today. The Muse has a DHV-1 safety rating but it is
definitely not a ‘slug’ in the air. It has the handling
and sophistication of Sports Class glider with the stability of
the DHV-1 certification. That is why the Muse is one of
the best selling gliders in the USA.

Tired of the
‘same ol’, same ol’? Maybe its time to spice up your
flight with the Spice, the new ppg performance,
competition glider from Mac Para. For the experienced,
talented pilots that are looking for something new and special,
the Spice is just the ticket.
Incredibly fast,
unbelievably efficient, the new Spice turns like a rocket.
This is one ‘spicy meatball’!
